Being falsely accused of child abuse by a co-parent during a custody case is a deeply traumatic experience for the accused parent and their family. It can also cause significant, lasting harm to their child’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being, as well as their relationship with the falsely accused parent. The ELM Foundation is dedicated to supporting parents falsely accused of abuse by their co-parent in Washington state, advocating for family integrity, and helping them navigate the emotional and legal challenges in order to start rebuilding their lives.
